Chef Rocco Augelli, born and raised in Puglia, Italy. Trained as a professional chef, in Carpi the province of Modena. When came to American, he brought with him secret old world family recipes.

Rocco makes everything in small batches, paying attention to every detail. From the fruit to the spices and fresh herbs including in picking our the jars or bottles
